T3 Advisors is a nationally recognized, full-service real estate brokerage and consulting firm that specializes in advising corporations that are focused on the innovation economy. They find creative and cost-effective solutions for their clients. With offices in Boston and Silicon Valley, T3 is a long-term business advisor to over 150 major corporations in technology, life sciences, venture capital, and financial services industries. T3 represents tenants only, allowing the firm to provide objective and unbiased advice to every client without the conflict of representing landlords.
Client Need: T3 Advisors was looking to take the design of their marketing collateral materials and the website to a higher level of sophistication to speak to a larger market and client base.
Solution: We helped T3 develop an 8 page corporate brochure to server as a "leave-behind" during the business development process. The brochure design was then carried into the redesign of their corporate website.
Impact: T3 is expanding to the west coast. The T3 Advisors website has won an American Graphic Design Award for design excellence.
